Heat-sensitive belongings and crew hydration need attention in hot weather—keep the path clear, identify any belongings sensitive to temperature or moisture, and tell the crew if a covered staging area is unavailable at either address.
The two ends of a move create different work—at the origin, describe parking, packing status, and the loading path—at the destination, provide access times, room labels, and the person who will direct placement in Tomball.
Ask the property manager before the date is finalized—confirm the reserved hours, elevator size, key or operator procedure, required padding, deposit rules, and the route from the loading point to the unit.
Describe the driveway width, slope, surface, overhead clearance, and whether a truck can turn around—if the vehicle must remain at the street, give the carry distance and any gate or walkway between parking and the entrance.
Start with the actual belongings, not a generic box count—list fragile pieces, artwork, wardrobe needs, electronics, and unusually shaped items—also say which rooms are already packed and whether materials must be delivered before the move.

Movers showed up on time and were very courteous and careful with furniture. The quote and finale price didn’t change even though there were some difficult doorways and steps to manage with an extremely heavy piano and other bulky items. Office staff was extremely helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would use them again.
