For a usable estimate, send photos, dimensions, weight concerns, material, stairs, doorway sizes, carry distance, and whether assembly work is requested—the proposed timing should also account for how I-45 conditions should be built into the crew’s arrival plan.
Before the crew arrives in Spring, empty drawers when appropriate, clear the route, remove loose parts, and identify floors, walls, or corners needing protection—the working plan should also reflect that heat-sensitive belongings and crew hydration need attention in hot weather.
Keep keys, hardware bags, assembly instructions, remotes, removable valuables, and any irreplaceable contents with you instead of putting them in the load.
Built-ins, pianos, safes, antiques, wall mounting, electrical connections, and structural alterations need explicit approval or specialists.
Arrange the exact destination room and enough clearance to place or reassemble the furniture safely.

Movers showed up on time and were very courteous and careful with furniture. The quote and finale price didn’t change even though there were some difficult doorways and steps to manage with an extremely heavy piano and other bulky items. Office staff was extremely helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would use them again.
